On behalf of OAK, waive. I originally planned to waive him before the start of the new league but got sidetracked, and now need to clear a spot for Sanchez in case the new GM we replace Shane with gets any ideas about fielding an illegal roster, I think it makes sense just to make the cut of the least helpful guy (not named Manziel) on the team right now.
