Because I can't help myself, I have created a 12-team development league hybrid. This league is built around the idea that each franchise has a farm system of “minor league” teams to manage and feed their big club. Many leagues have a minor league system, but in this one, you actually have to manage them and set lineups. These minor leagues will be a factor in determining the overall league champion. In total, each owner in the league will have 3 teams to manage: NFL, NFL Rookie and NCAA, playing in weekly matchups with each respective team.
