As of this past week, PIT was approaching a second-consecutive game without a starting QB. It's not his fault that Matt Stafford was unavailable, after not appearing on the injury report after FA closed, BUT, he did not get on and sign/trade for one as he should've last week. Therefore, since there is a current starter available in FA, and since it's the backup to his current QB, the league has decided to force add Jeff Driskel to his roster, effective last week, as he should've been forced to do so BEFORE that game, but we erred and missed it. While it ended up not changing the result of that game, unfortunately, as this was an error on both the part of PIT and the LMs, we would've had to follow procedure and count it, even if it had. Please know that it's not something we consciously did, we just missed it, as did Garrett, I'm assuming as well. We're all human, and we all make mistakes. Thanks for your understanding.
