Halfway through, and things are really starting to firm up. At the top, once again, Cecil eclipsed the 200-point mark comfortably (Scoring 235.53 points, you know, only the second best score ever in a game—ho hum). So dominant is Cecil’s season so far, that he is set to break the all-time single-season scoring record EARLY in Week 10. He stays on top, and will do so for seemingly forever. Despite Andrew also being well clear of the all-time scoring record pace, Seattle has been almost 300 points better than the second-place result. Buffalo hangs on to second place after winning a shootout thriller with Houston, despite being bested by Jordan in points this week, and on the season (About 20~ points in each), whose Jaguars are the third and final undefeated team at #3 after blasting New England by nearly 50. Philly retains fourth, Cincy retains fifth, Minny retains sixth, and Pitty(?) retains seventh. Detroit is the first team to make any movement at eight, climbing from 10th a week ago, after destroying New Orleans. Carolina stays at No. 9 despite a meek win (His points that is) again. The Jets also jump two spots to enter the top-10, which means that for maybe the first time ever, the top-10 in PRs is comprised of the top-10 scoring teams.
Interestingly, nearly every middle-third team lost this week. The Chargers fell three spots to enter the group, and Oakland fell one spot despite a close loss to Pittsburgh (Who backdoor covered, so to speak, for the late win once again). Other than that, and Miami and New Orleans each swapping spots (Five places away from one another), everyone else stood pat. Atlanta, now below even a two-win team, beat Green Bay, but has been incredibly lucky schedule-wise according to total points, where he’s an even lower 24th. Washington also climbs four, after curbstomping San Francisco for their first win of the season. Denver rises three spots after a win over Baltimore. Kansas City wins and is three spots to the good, setting in at 27th. Everyone else pretty much stayed at the bottom more or less.
We've still got some teams (Mostly repeat offenders) not setting their lineups. We have several parties interested in taking over teams. For those multiple, repeat offenders, consider this the prod that either keeps you in the league, or if ignored, likely starts the process of your replacement. Also, if you know one of those teams, please reach out to them if you're interested in keeping them in.
