That makes five of the last nine picks from teams who have not gotten back to me at all on trade offers I have made. If you don't like my offer, that's fine, but please give me some feedback just so that I know you received it, gave it a look and shot it down at least. I can't imagine I'm the only one this is happening to either from talking with other GMs, but I just want to make sure that my messages are getting through.
If you're not getting on and being active during the draft/missing your slots, I can't imagine that it's going to improve much in the latter part of the off-season/late in the season when these teams aren't doing well (Historically). Other than Baltimore, I think every other party who has not responded to one of my messages/trade requests for their pick has been absent for more than 2 days prior to their selection. So again, please, log on, interact, and set yourself up for success in this league. It cannot help to not even know what you're being offered because you weren't paying attention and had to rush to make your pick on the site because you were in danger of being leapfrogged.

I've been getting the same treatments in trade proposals and share your pain Well, for what it's worth Dave, you put me out of my misery by taking the last guy I was interested in. All 5 of my 'guys' went early this year. So much for being able to land my usual sleepers. 🤷🏻♂️

The Mayfield/Edmunds trades really hurt me in that regard.

This is the first year since I’ve joined the league where there were no laughable picks in the 1st round. There’s always at least one person who grabs a CB or DL way too high but that didn’t happen this year. So kudos to all of the owners on a good first round but it’s also pretty lame for people hoping that their guy would fall.

I knew Ballage wouldn’t...or at least I thought, and that’s why I was so proactively trying to trade back up for him. I had enough for what I believed to be fair offers, but not for the clear overpays that have been required so far in this draft. That said, if you have a pick and you don’t want to trade it, or you see other teams getting a killing for theirs, kudos to you for getting that price yourself.
