You sure about that? I mean, I don't dispute that he was on his team, but he didn't see any action in the league until 2012, one year later, and didn't really see any PT, and didn't start at QB until 2013 (his only season as a starting QB) which I remember because Sze had both he and Gabbert and we had that big brouhaha over him not being able to unload one of them bc that guy who had no starting QB refused to trade for either of them even when mike threatened to drop his pick for tanking.

I don't remember chi ever going undefeated. It was some guy that Ryan knew from other leagues. He knew him by Spud. I think he was from Idaho

Well if Spud was really the name of CHI's owner back then, apparently he did. Though it could have been due to stat correction. He was the only regular season 12-game winner going back to 2011, though we had several 11-game winners.
