Week 1 is a longstanding tradition in this league, the only week where we allow teams to challenge one another and control their own schedule. It's also a fun way to make new relationships/rivalries, play your existing friends in another conference or division that you don't get to play regularly, or just see how you stack up against the competition. With the calendar hitting July, and the pre-season just around the corner, we're going to go ahead and open this thread up for challenges. Be sure to consult your schedule FIRST to make sure you're not playing a team twice, as that is not allowed. You can also consult the list of divisional pairings below to see what two divisions (In addition to your own) you'll be playing this year. A few ground rules: You are in no way obligated to accept an opponent's challenge, but if you do not, you should expect to get teased about it mercilessly. That being said, let's keep it as friendly as we can here.
AFC North: AFC South, NFC North AFC South: AFC North, NFC West AFC East: AFC West, NFC East AFC West: AFC East, NFC South
NFC North: NFC West, AFC North NFC South: NFC East, AFC West NFC East: NFC South, AFC East NFC West: NFC North, AFC South

I'll go ahead and get us kicked off:
Matt (MIN) and I usually challenge each other, but as the AFC North and NFC North play each other this year, I will have to deviate from that plan.
So, I begun to research all of the teams that have beat me since I've been in the league, and the furthest back I found a team whom I haven't had the chance to revenge (Michael Scott) myself against, is Chris' New England Patriots.
So, therefore, to begin this Archer-esque rampage, I challenge Chris (NE), to reclaim my honor, after Cameron Jordan beat the hell out of me two years back.

Though my team is weak lol I'll take the challenge. Cincinnati has always felt like a rival.. outside of the obvious Indianapolis/New England rivalries...Cincinnati always seems like a good matchup and we are prepared to defend the bragging rights!
