Austin the previous owner of NO seemed to have a difference of opinions on how we should run our league despite his lack of activity. So needless to say we have mutually moved in separate directions
With that being said we have a guy in waiting and has already signed on. Fred will be the new NO owner moving forward

So is the new owner making the pick that was on the clock or is someone in the league making it for them?

Also, interesting note, this now means that we have four members of the same college WR corps in the league: Mett (ARI), Steve (DEN), Castle (MIA), and Fred (NO).

Itâs ironic that they all have bad WR corps in this league (except for NO who hasnât gotten the chance to shape his roster yet)

Correction, FRED brings up that average a bit. Officially: 2006: Mett 9 catches, 102 yards TD Steve 4 catches, 24 yards 2007: Castle 7 catches, 96 yards Mett 5 catches, 83 yards, 2 TD Steve 4 catches, 56 yards (36-yard punt block TD) 2008: Castle 13 catches, 84 yards (This the season you're referencing?) TD, 7 punt returns, 114 yards, also threw a pass, but it was incomplete Fred 12 catches, 31 yards Mett 2 catches 13 yards (1 carry, no gain) 2009: Fred 13 catches, 197 yards TD (Led team) (1 carry, -5 yards) Castle 12 catches, 121 yards (1 carry, -6 yards), 1-1 passing, 63-yard TD (TO, I might add, one Fred George) âđ», 4 punt returns 19 yards 2010: Fred 19 catches, 203 yards (1 carry, -5 yards) A few liner notes: - Obviously, E&H liked to run the ball, and had maybe the best in school history on the team during this time frame (He also trucked me with his helmet Earl Campbell style in HS)
- Their head coach was a defensive coordinator
- During this period of time, they had 5 different starting QBs, only ONE completed even 60% of their passes (The last guy...who was promptly replaced in 2011 by another QB)
- WHY IN THE WORLD DO THEY KEEP RUNNING JET SWEEPS (Clearly not working)!? I blame Nelly.
- Josh Castle can bowl a bowling ball, accurately, at 30 mph. It may be unrelated, but it shouldn't be.

Not that it matters but '06 was in 7 games (concussion), and '07 was in 6 games (torn meniscus). Then I just sucked my senior year which is obvious from the stats ('08)

I am in no way suggesting that is his average bowling speed, but I also frankly don't care. It's impressive.

Jordan has failed us with his lack of research.

Jordan has failed us with his lack of research. I shouldâve known that Chris would have those stats readily available.
