The title is pretty descriptive, but let me be a little more specific. I am returning to the podcasting realm, and this time, I'm doing a dedicated podcast for this league. Jordan (JAX) has agreed to help in some capacity, and Steve (DEN) will be co-hosting the first episode, as he and I will be at the Senior Bowl in two weeks, which will be the first true and proper episode outside of a teaser/feeler that I aim to have out this weekend. I'll no doubt be asking for some help from others of you along the way in various ways as we become more established. Hopefully this will go a long way in providing another enticing way to stay up to date with this league, both for those inside of it, and to those who might consider joining in the future, and increase the activity of our current owners.
There is no time frame for the release of episodes in the off-season, but figure that we will have several before the rookie draft. During the season, we'd like to be a weekly, but I'm going to need some serious help to accomplish that. For now I'm still sorting the details of who will be hosting it, how I want to get it to the podcast services, and things such as copyright free music and photos, and it's a bit of a grind.
If you have any ideas before I square things away (I'll consider them), or if you want to volunteer to help with the pod in some capacity, please let me know. Also, just know, this as this is going to be league-specific, we're not going to do it exactly like The Dynasty Stash was done, so the promise of attracting certain guests may be more difficult--or it might be easier. I guess time will tell. But, I do have at least one National Fantasy correspondent whom I'm sure those of you who pay attention will know booked for one of the first episodes. Just know, he's a fairly large get--enough so that he can only do an interview sometime in the next few months, because he's booked after the combine.
